February 1, 2011 You May Be Entitled To Benefits Under This Settlement.

Under the terms of a proposed class action settlement, you may be entitled to receive benefits, as set forth in the Class Notice, if you connected to BMW Assist™ between October 13, 2009 and February 1, 2011 and the BMW vehicle owner had a California billing address and was receiving benefits in the BMW Assist™ program.

The purpose of this website is to (1) inform class members of the proposed settlement, (2) provide copies of the Class Notice, Settlement Agreement, Subscription Agreement Addendum, and other documents, (3) allow for online filing of the claim form, (4) allow for online submission of the Subscription Agreement Addendum, and (5) provide contact information.
