SIX MONTH SAFETY PLAN EXTENSION/SUBSCRIPTION YOUR CURRENT BMW Assist™ SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE EXTENDED FOR A PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS AFTER ITS EXPIRATION DATE OR IF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION HAS EXPIRED AND YOU ARRANGE FOR AND PAY THE COST OF RE-PROVISIONING YOUR VEHICLE, YOUR SIX MONTH SUBSCRIPTION WILL BEGIN AFTER YOUR VEHICLE IS RE-PROVISIONED AND YOU HAVE ENTERED INTO A NEW SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT IN ADDITION TO THIS ADDENDUM.

SIX MONTH CONVENIENCE PLAN UPGRADE YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SAFETY PLAN SUBSCRIPTION TO RECEIVE THE CONVENIENCE PLAN UPGRADE. CONVENIENCE PLAN UPGRADE BEGINS ON THE EFFECTIVE DATE (SEE REVERSE SIDE).

SAFETY PLAN INCLUDES

Automatic Collision Notification: In the event of a severe accident, your BMW Assist™ system will transmit your vehicle’s location and crash information to a response specialist, who will then speak to you to determine if you are okay. Even if you are unable to respond, we will request dispatch of emergency services to your location.

Emergency Request: In an emergency, just push the SOS button to transmit your location and vehicle information. A response specialist will speak with you to determine your needs. For example, you can request police, fire or medical Assistance or get directions to the nearest hospital.

Enhanced Roadside Assistance: If you experience a flat tire, run out of gas, or have a vehicle malfunction, the Roadside Assistance or Wrench button connects you with our response center. Your BMW also transmits your location, so we can quickly and accurately dispatch help.

MyInfo: MyInfo allows you to send business listings and street addresses with associated phone numbers from the internet (i.e., Google Maps) directly to your navigation system equipped BMW (On 2008 and later X6 produced 4/08 and later, and all other 2009 and later models except X3 SAV).

Stolen Vehicle Recovery: If your BMW is ever stolen, call BMW Assist™ toll-free at (888) 333-6118 immediately after filing your police report. We then help the police locate your vehicle. (On 2006 and later 7 Series effective 9/5 production and all other BMW models produced 10/4 and later and all other 2005 and later models produced 10/04 and later)

Service Request (TeleService): Service needs are transmitted to your BMW center automatically or manually. A BMW service advisor then calls to schedule a service appointment (On all 2004 and later 5 and 6 series, 2006 and later 7 series and 3 series sedans and sports Wagon, 2007 and later X5 SAV).

Door Unlock: Call BMW Assist™ toll-free at (888) 333-6118 and provide your name and password to request the driver’s door be unlocked (On 2008 and later X3 SAV and Z4, and all other 2007 and later models produced 9/06 and later).

CONVENIENCE PLAN INCLUDES

Directions, Traffic & Weather and Concierge: Push your SOS or Concierge button to receive directions to an address or point of interest, traffic info, and/or the weather forecast locally or at your destination. A response specialist can provide recommendations on hotels, restaurants, parking garages, airline gates and arrival times, fuel pricing and availability, and much more. Destinations can be transferred to your navigation system for immediate route guidance or to your Bluetooth® phone for convenient calling after pushing your Concierge button on 2007 and later models produced 9/06 or later, except X3 SAV and 2007-2008 Z4

BMW Search: Access Google MapsTM Business Search within your vehicle to find your desired destination and export it to your BMW navigation system or Bluetooth phone. Also view fuel prices, stock indices and weather forecasts. Available on 2009 and later Z4, 1, 3 and 7 Series and 2010 and later X5, X6, 5 and 6 Series equipped with the BMW Navigation system.

Critical Calling: Push your SOS or Concierge button to make up to 4 operator-Assisted calls per year, 5 minutes each, if you don't have your cell phone or its battery is discharge

I have carefully read both pages of this Addendum and agree to its terms. I understand that this Addendum modifies and amends my Subscription Agreement referenced above, but that except as specified in this Addendum, the terms and conditions of my Subscription Agreement remain in full force and effect. I agree that this Addendum may be signed, delivered and retained in electronic form.
